The short version: we collect what you send us, we use it to help you, and we don't sell it. The longer version follows.
What we collect
When you contact us — by email, through a form on this site, or through a lead form on a platform like Facebook or Instagram — we collect the information you choose to share: typically your name, email address, and anything you tell us about your project.
We also collect basic, privacy-friendly analytics about how this site is used (pages visited, referring site, general region). This data is aggregated and is not used to identify you personally.
How we use it
We use your information to respond to your inquiry, provide the services you ask us for, and improve this site. If you asked about a production audit, we'll use what you shared to follow up about your app. That's it.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Advertising & analytics
We use Vercel Analytics, a cookieless analytics service, to understand site traffic. If we run ads, we may use the Meta Pixel to measure whether they work; Meta's handling of that data is governed by Meta's privacy policy. If you submit a lead form on Facebook or Instagram, Meta shares your responses with us so we can follow up.
How long we keep it
We keep correspondence and lead information for as long as it's useful for working together, and delete it when it isn't. If you'd like your information deleted sooner, just ask.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time to see, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. Email info@paralleltpa.com and we'll take care of it.

If we change this policy, we'll update this page and the date below. Material changes will be noted plainly — no silent edits.
